Welcome to Future Works Africa, a pioneering project that aims to address the critical challenge of unemployment in Africa. We are proud to be funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and are committed to finding innovative solutions to this issue. Our approach is centered around connecting young Africans with the skills they need to thrive in the global market, both now and in the future.
At Future Works Africa, our mission is to reduce unemployment in Africa by identifying new generation jobs and connecting young Africans with the existing skills required for those jobs. We also provide upskilling opportunities to others for the jobs of the future. We are committed to finding innovative solutions to the challenges of unemployment in Africa, and we believe that by empowering the African youth with the right skills and knowledge, we can help them achieve their full potential and contribute to a more prosperous future for all.
Our vision is to build a world where every young African has access to decent employment opportunities and can reach their full potential. We envision a future where Africa is a hub of innovation and entrepreneurship, where young people are the driving force behind economic growth and development. We are passionate about creating a more equitable and prosperous Africa, and we believe that by empowering the next generation of leaders and change-makers, we can achieve this vision.
