Welcome to Future Works Africa, a pioneering project that aims to address the critical challenge of unemployment in Africa. We are proud to be funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and are committed to finding innovative solutions to this issue. Our approach is centered around connecting young Africans with the skills they need to thrive in the global market, both now and in the future.
At Future Works Africa, we believe that there is tremendous potential in the African youth. With the right training and opportunities, they can become a vital force in driving economic growth across the continent. Our mission is to identify new generation jobs and connect young Africans with the existing skills required for those jobs. We also offer upskilling opportunities to others to prepare them for the jobs of the future.
We recognize that AI and other technologies are transforming the global job market, and we aim to equip young Africans with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this new landscape. By doing so, we hope to contribute to reducing unemployment rates in Africa and creating a more prosperous future for all.

At Future Works Africa, our mission is to reduce unemployment in Africa by identifying new generation jobs and connecting young Africans with the existing skills required for those jobs. We also provide upskilling opportunities to others for the jobs of the future. We are committed to finding innovative solutions to the challenges of unemployment in Africa, and we believe that by empowering the African youth with the right skills and knowledge, we can help them achieve their full potential and contribute to a more prosperous future for all.
